Rescue of a female honeybadger, a victim of human-wildlife conflict. This species is extremely strong and intelligent and for this reason quite successfully able to raid small livestock, on which local farmers depend.
Fortunately, we were called and could rescue her out of her misery. However, she was very exhausted and in critical condition. But with intense treatment, she recovered very well within a few days only, so it was possible to release this animal back to the wild!
